Listen to this episode

As the Principal Designer of Ohara Davies-Gaetano Interiors, Ohara embodies a natural and artful approach to design. Growing up within a family of artists in New York City, Ohara began her study of art and design at a young age. Ohara continued to pursue her studies through extensive travel, observing and absorbing the world around her.

Now a resident of Laguna Beach, California, Ohara offers her clients a timeless, unique and personal design experience. Named by House Beautiful as the ‘next wave’ of design, Ohara carefully considers the individual needs of each client, and she develops personalized environments that have a vitality and life all their own.

Providing comprehensive residential interior design services, Ohara’s portfolio includes a diverse range of project scope and genre of design – new construction design, renovations, and re-imagination of existing spaces.

The timeless allure and design sensibility of every home should be a true reflection of its occupants. It should translate and capture life’s past and future moments. Whether clean and minimal, quiet with subtle and unexpected beauties, or eclectic and traveled, a well-designed home is expressive and fluid.
