Eric Haydel Interior Design

Eric Haydel is the interior designer who brings historical relevance with a twist to contemporary living. As an Allied Member of ASID, he is also youngest President of the Board of Directors for ASID New England Chapter in the organization’s history.  Since taking this position, Eric has spearheaded a total restructuring of the ASID development program. This resulted in the organization raising a substantial amount of funds through corporate sponsorship, partnerships and individual memberships – making him one of ASID-NE’s most successful and innovative presidents to date.

 Eric Haydel’s Background

A native of South Louisiana, Eric strongly believes in the advancement of the design community, particularly for the  next generation of designers. He mentors the young professionals at his firm and started the “Design Showdown” project – a competition that nurtures the creativity of design students from colleges throughout New England. Eric does not hold to one style, but rather blends the rich, colorful culture of his southern roots with the sensibility and sophistication of New England.
