(We apologize for some technical difficulties with the recording of my interview with Drew and Jonathan which have prevented us from sharing their interview.  We look forward to having them back on the show soon.)

Entrepreneurs, TV personalities, and best-selling authors, Jonathan and Drew Scott are co-founders of Scott Brothers Global, which includes Scott Brothers Entertainment and Scott Living.

The Scott brothers are hosts of multiple top-rated HGTV series including the Emmy- nominated Property Brothers, Brother vs. Brother and Property Brothers at Home and their shows are watched by millions of fans in over 150 countries. Jonathan, a renowned designer and licensed contractor, and Drew, a seasoned agent and real estate expert, have bought and renovated real estate for over 20 years. The twin brothers have a rare knack for finding fixer-uppers and turning them into stunning properties, all while entertaining audiences and followers alike with their winning blend of sibling rivalry and humor. They are bona fide social media stars as well, with more than six million followers combined across their social media accounts.

In addition to their on-screen and social media success, Drew and Jonathan are a rising global lifestyle brand with multiple extensions into music, media and retail. They co-founded Scott Brothers Entertainment, which produces award-winning and engaging content in all genres for TV, film and digital platforms. The Scott brothers have expanded their brand with the creation of Scott Living, a designer collection of indoor and outdoor furniture, décor and bedding available at a variety of North American retailers including QVC, Costco.com and Lowe’s.

In 2015, they wrote and recorded two original tracks, “Hold On” and “Let the Night Shine In,” with Victoria Shaw and Chad Carlson. Their music video for “Hold On” received over 4 million views on both Vevo and YouTube, helping the song hit the Billboard Hot Country charts within the first month of its release. In January 2017, the Scott brothers put their own country spin on Flo Rida’s wildly-popular single “My House” with 100% of the single’s proceeds being donated to St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital.

In September 2017, Jonathan and Drew released their memoir, It Takes Two: Our Story. In April 2016, they released Dream Home: The Property Brothers’ Ultimate Guide To Finding & Fixing Your Perfect House, a comprehensive guide for any first-time homebuyers as well as existing homeowners looking to upgrade their space, which quickly became a New York Times and Wall Street Journal best seller.

Their wide-ranging philanthropic contributions include working with a variety of charities such as Artists for Peace and Justice, The American Red Cross and St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital, among others. Headshot

David Santiago has been blessed with two talents an interior designer and a seasonal opera singer. He started in the fabric and textile end of the design trade with a specialty of window treatments and soft furnishings. That quickly led him to work for Design Firm on Madison Avenue, NYC, where his interior design education was born. Working hands-on in the industry quickly molded him and gave him the foundation to become the designer he is today.

David Santiago has over 20 years of experience in the design trade, combined with a sophisticated classical background. He decided to start his own firm in 2011, Casa Santi, LLC, where he’s eager to share the possibilities you can achieve within your residential or commercial space. He has a practical and common sense approach to how he works: First, he assesses the project, your needs, style, function of the tasks at hand with the proposed budget. Then, he applies his traditional, unexpected, curation with his design expertise to achieve a cohesive successful concept, ultimately defining his client…YOU!

Greg O’Neal, CCO (Chief Collaboration Officer) + Co-Founder of CUR8, has been curating, designing, and licensing products for the national and international home furnishings industry for over  24 years.  His scope of work ranges from residential to commercial interior design and includes product design collaborations with some of the largest manufacturers and retailers in the global marketplace.

In the home furnishings industry O’Neal was the key design and visual merchandiser that launched and established Austin, TX based mega wholesaler Four Hands Imports into a three-time winner of Inc. Magazines “Top 500 Fastest Growing Companies”.  Since 2004 O’Neal has independently owned his design firm Philosophy Design, touting the most important “philosophy” behind the design firm is that of “choosing to do good business with good people”. Philosophy Design has shared its design goodness in the senior care, restaurant, boutique hotel, and retail segments going on its 14th year, as well as designed home furnishings and lighting products for a multitude of wholesale brands and licensees.

In the spring of 2013 O’Neal was hired to repurpose and design a tiny, early 1900’s home in the booming South Congress area of Austin, TX. The intent of the project was to carefully curate a unique and innovative home interior while at the same time repurpose and respect the esthetics of the original structure. The almost 2 year design experience gave the new home owners an understanding of the  logistics in working together remotely and time invested in selecting, sourcing, finding, reviewing, presenting, purchasing and installing all of the esthetic treasures that accumulate and ultimately became their DREAM home. This experience sparked an idea with the intent to help interior designer’s source innovative and custom design products more efficiently that meet the growing expectations and needs of tomorrows clientele.

In 2016 O’Neal joined forces with his former client, CUR8 CEO+ Co-Founder Jasmine Jaco (a senior executive and lifelong consultant for some of the world’s largest retailers) to develop a marketplace that brings the best of “what’s next” to the professional interior design community.

CUR8 provides interior designers a source for emerging products that are Smart, Healthy and Made Here (no matter where “here” may be).  “We believe good design is no longer good enough and that tomorrows design must be more than just beautiful. I know first-hand what interior designers need to succeed in today’s competitive marketplace and believe that CUR8 is a necessary designer resource for the next generation of innovative, inspirational and insightful products” Greg O’Neal.
